Parnas Is Cooperating with Impeachment Investigation and Provided New Documents That Show President Trump’s Close Connection to Giuliani’s Work In Ukraine
It’s been 87 days since photos of John James meeting with President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and indicted foreign agent Lev Parnas surfaced, and James still won’t tell Michiganders why he met with them. Parnas, who was indicted for seeking “political favors” through campaign donations to Republican politicians, is back in the news for providing new documents connecting President Trump to their efforts to have Ukraine investigate Trump’s political rival. James held a sit-down meeting with the two just days before the 2018 elections — the same time they were doling out campaign donations to other Republicans in return for political favors.
The questions for John James have not changed: why did he meet with them and what did they discuss?
These aren’t the only questions that James won’t answer. James has been hiding from Michiganders since he entered the race six months ago, routinely ducking questions and refusing to comment on important issues of the day. James has repeatedly “remained silent on the president’s conduct.”
The Michigan Democratic Party launched JohnJamesRevealed.com to hold the failed U.S. Senate candidate accountable for his positions – including those made over the course of the 2018 campaign that he then tried to delete after losing that campaign. Since announcing he’d run again, just over six months after his last failed bid, James has been hiding from Michigan voters and refusing to answer questions from Michigan media.
